COACHING

The Work

There is a direct relationship between physical training, nervous-system regulation, and performance in life. When physiology is stable, focus improves, energy increases, and consistency becomes effortless.

My coaching integrates behavioural change psychology, applied through my MSc in Applied Sport Science, alongside structured training, nutrition, and recovery. The aim is not short-term intensity, but installing systems and habits that hold under pressure and over time.

Coaching Focus

  • Body recomposition and strength

  • Sustainable fat loss

  • Behavioural change and habit installation

  • Training structure and progression

  • Nutrition without extremes

  • Recovery, sleep, and nervous-system regulation

Method

This work is not influencer fitness or motivation-based coaching. It is grounded in applied sport science, behavioural change theory, and long-term performance psychology.

Using principles drawn from my MSc in Applied Sport Science, the coaching focuses on changing behaviour at the identity and systems level, not willpower. Clients typically experience rapid improvements in body composition alongside increased energy, clarity, and psychological resilience.

Experience & Background

My background spans over two decades of martial arts, strength training, and applied sport science. I began training through martial arts, earning double black belts in Hapkido and Kickboxing, competing in Muay Thai, and later progressing to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (blue belt).

Alongside this, I completed academic training in sport and exercise science, including an MSc in Applied Sport Science with a focus on sport performance psychology, training adaptation, and long-term athletic development.

Today, my work centres on building disciplined, sustainable bodies through structure, training, nutrition, recovery, and behavioural systems that hold under pressure and over time.
